Electronic information is one of the
most advanced sciences and technologies that are widely
used in almost every area. This 20th academic
annual meeting was held on July 28-31 2010 at Zheng Zhou
Henan province of China and organized by the Higher
Education Institutions Electronic and Electrical
Basic-Courses-teaching Association of the Ministry of
Education of the People's Republic of China in
Middle-South Area of China. The success of the meeting
represents another important step towards deepening our
understanding of the science and technology of
electronic information and, equally interesting,
enhancing the educational reform in teaching Electronic
Information courses in the universities and colleges in
China.
The proceedings collect 221
contributions selected from several hundreds papers
submitted to the meeting after peer-review. These
contributions are grouped in three parts:
Part I Keynote Speeches, by the
well-known academicians and educators, that set the
tone for the meeting with reports on the most recent
developments in research and education;
Part II Scientific Research Papers; and
Part III Teaching Research Papers.
